Mesmerizing. I donβt dive, but two of my brothers do. Iβll have to share with them. Theyβve seen some stunning sights and appreciate all creatures.
All of these are amazing but I have to say Iβm partial to the Humpback whale photo. π Living in Monterey, CA, brought out my love for them. Iβd always see them breaching off the coast during my walks.
Thankyou. I see many of them when Iβm underwater with my friends & weβre always very careful. Weβve even encountered some very friendly grey nurse sharks just off the coast of Australia near where I live.
They sure are. Iβve been diving for just over 6 years now & only ever took it up to help overcome a fear of sharks, which Iβve since done. Swimming with seals, dolphins, turtles & even the monster-sized whale sharks has been a bonus ππ
That's amazing to hear as someone who is still currently terrified of sharks! I suppose seeing them in their natural environment must take away a lot of the stereotype?
It sure does, especially if & when you apply the βbest way to overcome fears is to face them head onβ type of thinking βοΈπ. Yes, I know it sounds insane, but in my case, it worked ππ
Bravo β€οΈ Keep sharing. The ocean creatures need a voice to the continuous mass die off happening dairy. π outstanding photos too. π π
Thanks Terry! Itβs a beautiful way to share the story of the ocean, good and bad π
Ocean is mysterious.
These are all wonderful
Ohmigosh Scarfaceβ¦! What a shot.

A great choice, it's the winner for a reason! I've never seen a humpback breach but I would really love to.
Woow! All these photos are so breath taking π
Stunning photos! Do they normally announce these at the beginning of the year?
Yes! Around mid-Feb usually βΊοΈ
As a diver myself, Iβm partial to the friendly creatures, like seals & dolphins ππ¬π¦π
A very good answer π

How lucky! I've never done much diving but those wildlife encounters sound incredible.

I think the octopus/jellyfish is my favorite.
Itβs a fascinating interaction!

Me too! So many emotions on display π¦
