Krill are quite stunning. I had no idea krill protected us humans so much and that disappearing ice sheets lessened their ability to procreate. Any reason why the two proposals were shot down at CCAMLR?
Unfortunately, their decision-making process requires unanimous agreement so literally one down vote can block progress. It all happens behind closed doors too so it's hard to know who blocked it and why 😭

Seems CCAMLR-43 isn't doing their job. I wonder why they are not? So busy taking other steps to protect marine life in the Antarctic?
